Our Director Mr. Ombir Singh graduated as a Civil Engineer with a desire to start a construction business and reached the same aim in 3 years.
1995
Kickstarted his construction business with an aim to improve the quality of work in the construction line with improved technology and time variation.
2001-2002
Planned to become one of the finest construction companies with a reasonable cost in construction so that we are reachable to maximum people, Consecutively worked with Nationally Recognized Companies and took our construction to a next level with reduced cost and had our own training procedures to workers.
2007 – 2008
Took a Project – Pearl Global of 30,000 sq. Ft. area, the project being of 1 Year was successfully completed in 4 Months which was a major project for a small company with respect to the time constraint given
2008 – 2010
We embarked upon a journey to become a next-generation developer with our in-house development and constructed our own building. Started entering into Vertical Integration in the real estate industry & implemented new innovative ideas so as to cater to the quick needs of customers.
2011 – 2012
Constructed 4 Floors in terms of Multi-Story Building Expansion in IT, Industrial, and Institutional Projects.
2012
Started full-fledged MEP work, along with the construction of the structure
2013
Implemented Professional Organizational Structure and streamlined organizational processes.
2016
Constructed the fastest building in North India with the use of conventional systems with all the MEP works, the area covered was 1,10,000 Sq. Ft. and completed 11 Storey Building in just 7 Months
2018
Construction of Gurugram Global Heights School under the low line and water logging area with pile foundation of approximately 50 Ft., the total area covered was 1,00,000 Sq. Ft. with a concrete basement, it was the fastest project with 3 Months taken in structure and the next 3 months of an interior total of 6 Months taken for a school
2019
Coming into a growth-based era of construction with the use of the latest technology and providing projects as per the timeline was given, taken the challenges before, we are now geared up with the future challenges and are confident enough that we can take any project to be it difficult as well.
